- Vinyl laydown first and second surface, weeding, taping, laminating
- Use of all machinery and tools in fabrication
- Maintenance of tools and equipment
- Cleanliness of shop
- Storing of fabrication/production materials to Promotion Plus standards
- Work directly with each department throughout the life span of each project
- Assist in RD development of new projects
- Building 1 yard maintenance
- Knowledge of packaging and shipping
- Able to keep track of all incoming work orders
- Daily production meeting with Supervisor to review work orders with set timeframes
- Able to maintain material inventory list
- Able to navigate the F Drive folder structure and locate Production Files
- Able to maintain a daily loss report and bring up solutions to avoid that type of loss in future jobs
- Able to open design software and send files to Large Format Printer, Vinyl Plotter, Laminator and Router
- Able to operate the Large Format Printer, Vinyl Plotter, Laminator and Router
- Able to create basic production files in CorelDraw & FlexiSign
- Maintain on time completion & accuracy ratio above 90%
- Taking pictures of completed items prior to packaging
- Wrapping all completed items to prevent damage
- Send pictures of completed items and work orders to manager
- Work independently with little direction
- Adapt to change easily and quickly respond to changing assignments, work settings and priorities
- Develop, organize and complete tasks and projects using computer software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the department
- Provide detailed follow-through of policies and plans
- Operate large trucks to deliver materials to job locations
- Assess current practices and present improved systems to upper management
- Requires the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, talk, hear and repeat motions.
- Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Requires having close visual acuity to reform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
- Exposure to environmental conditions. Activities occurring inside and outside.
- Exposure to noise. There may be sufficient noise to cause the need to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- Exposure to hazards. Includes variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals
- Subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that may affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
